Timber Treatment
Each building is completely submerged in a solvent-based timber treatment, sealing the timber to help protect against rot and insect attack.
Painting / Additional Treatments
Because of the treatment used, we recommend allowing around 6 months for the building to “weather in” before applying paint or any additional treatments. Painting immediately after installation may cause unwanted effects and/or colour issues.
Delivery & Fitting
To ensure a smooth installation (and avoid extra charges), you’ll need:
- Clear access to the site
- A suitable base in place before delivery
If you need a new base installed or you’re unsure about access, speak to us before ordering — we can often work around issues, but only when we know in advance.
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
10-Year Guarantee
All our sheds and garden buildings come with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee for peace of mind.
Removal of Existing Shed (optional)
We can dismantle and dispose of your existing timber shed for an additional cost — ask the team for details.
Please note: we can’t dispose of concrete or brick structures, sheds with a live power supply, or buildings containing hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos).
Made to Measure
All buildings are made to order by our in-house team. If you want something bespoke — different sizing, layout, or design — we can build to your requirements. Contact us for a no-obligation quote.
Made-to-Order Lead Time
