General Questions
Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open everyday except Sundays.
What are your opening hours ?
We are open Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.
Saturday 9am – 5pm and closed on Sunday.
Where are you located?
We are located outside Caragh Village in Co. Kildare.
We would love to welcome you to our nursery. Plan your visit to experience Caragh Nurseries a different way.
Do you offer trade services?
Yes we do for eligible professional customers such as landscapers, professional gardeners, garden designers and landscape architects.

Are dogs welcome in the nursery?
Yes, we are a dog friendly nursery.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide ?
We deliver anywhere in Ireland including Northern Ireland.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 7 – 10 working days. During busy periods, especially in peak gardening season, delivery may take a little longer. If so, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
What is crane delivery?
This is our delivery method for larger items. This delivery method requires clear access as the driver will deliver to the nearest safe and reasonable unloading point at your address.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
If you are not going to be home for your delivery, please let us know if there is a safe and suitable place to deliver your order. If no one is available and we cannot contact you, we may have to reschedule the delivery.
Garden Design & Build
What is the Garden Curator?
Garden Curator is our complimentary personal shopping service designed to help you select the perfect plants for your space.
Whether you visit us at our 55-acre nursery in Caragh or you prefer a virtual consultation, our expert team will guide you through our extensive collection.
What design services do you offer?
We offer a Garden Design Consultation and a Complete Garden Design & Planning service, depending on the level of support you need.
How much is a design consultation?
Our Garden Design Consultation is €295 and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
How much is the full design service?
Our Complete Garden Design & Planning service starts at €2,500.
Can you source specific or rare plants on request?
Yes, our horticultural experts will be able to look into this for you.

Is the consultation fee refundable or redeemable?
Unfortunately not. Design consultation fees are non-refundable and are not redeemable against the value of products, materials or future works unless agreed in writing.
Order Updates & Support
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us on info@caraghnurseries.ie. or call us on 045 879 170.
Any changes or cancellations depend on the stage of the order, whether stock has been sourced, and whether it is out for delivery.
