Description
Pinus ‘Vanderwolf’s Pyramid’ is a hardy pine with a distinctive pyramidal shape that it retains as it matures. The evergreen needles are dark green on top with silvery-blue underneath, and provide year-round interest to this trees symmetrical conical shape. It is relatively compact compared to other pines, growing to a max height of about 8-10m, with a max width of 4-6m.
Here we have a stunning mature specimen currently at 6-8m in height, almost at its fully-mature size. It has a sturdy main trunk measuring 55-60cm in girth. A beautiful tree with a natural pyramidal form that would look fantastic in an open garden space as a main focal point.
