Allium ‘Millenium’

Description

Allium ‘Millenium’ is a stunning late-summer flowering, compact form of Allium. From late June/July, pink to purple lollipop-like flowers are produced on strong green stems, which sit above the clump-forming glossy green foliage. The flowers are extremely attractive to a wide range of pollinating insects, and are sure to be covered in bees, butterflies, hoverflies and other beneficial insects throughout their flowering time. It’s best planted in groups in sunny borders with well-draining soil, and will compliment other summer and autumn flowering perennials. Height and spread approx 45 cm.
