Description
Taxus baccata ‘Dovastonii Aurea’ is a hardy, evergreen shrub with spreading branches and small, narrow leaves edged with bright yellow.
This specimen has been clipped and shaped into a multi-stem umbrella form. It has beautifully coloured flaking bark, which can be seen on its stems which have been cleared to about 120cm. On top sits a dense head of foliage, 150cm wide, with butter-yellow leaves which can brighten up any space in the garden. These are very hardy plants which can grow well in any location from full sun to shade, and will tolerate wind exposure.
Come visit our Nursery Park, where you can view this specimen along with many others from our impressive range of mature bonsais and feature trees. Alternatively, you can always enquire further on any of our specimens by phone or by email.
