Description
Also known as Salad Burnet, this native perennial herb forms evergreen rosettes of edible leaves which have a taste similar to cucumber, which can be added to salads, or as a flavouring for summer drinks. The flavour is best in the younger leaves, so should be harvested regularly. Small crimson-red flowers appear in mid-summer, which attract a wide range of pollinators. It prefers a full sun location. Height and Spread 60-90cm.
