Description
Very similar to the closely related Salvia nemerosa ‘Caradonna’, ‘Pink Inspiration’ differs slightly as it bears bright pink upright spike flowers rather than the deep purple of ‘Caradonna’. The pink flowers are held on strong, dark stems, and continue to flower from early summer throughout the autumn. Regular deadheading, or a singe hard prune in July is recommended to keep the plant fresh and to encourage the most out of the flowers. Grows to a height of about 60cm, sometimes reaching 80cm, with a spread of 45-60cm.
