We designed the Napoli specifically for outdoor use in Ireland. That means it has been considered for our climate, our light, and the way our gardens actually live — not just how they look in a catalogue. Finished in a striking IronOre colourway, it carries the weight and depth of raw metal without a gram of the maintenance, sitting beautifully against green planting, pale stone, and warm timber alike.

Made from reinforced fibreglass concrete with drainage holes as standard, the Napoli is built to perform outdoors season after season. With a little lining, it transitions effortlessly indoors too — making it one of the most versatile pots we stock.

Crafted in Indonesia to our specification, it complements the existing Oberon collection while adding its own distinct twist — a pot that feels both familiar and entirely new.

Caragh Garden Notebook

Planting: The Napoli’s generous proportions make it an excellent home for specimen plants, topiary, architectural shrubs, and statement trees. Fill with a quality loam-based compost,  we recommend our own Caragh Nurseries Enriched Compost  and ensure the drainage holes remain clear for healthy root development. For indoor use, line with a plastic pot liner or saucer to protect floors and surfaces.

Outdoor Performance: Engineered from reinforced fibreglass concrete and designed specifically for outdoor use in Ireland, the Napoli is built to withstand the full range of our seasons. The material offers the visual weight and solidity of stone or concrete without the fragility of traditional terracotta in frost conditions.

IronOre Finish: The IronOre colour way is one of the most versatile we offer — dark enough to anchor a planting scheme, warm enough to avoid feeling cold or industrial. It deepens beautifully against lush green foliage and works in equal measure with the silver-grey of ornamental grasses, the deep burgundy of Japanese maples, and the soft whites of flowering shrubs.

Drainage: Drainage holes are included as standard — always elevate on pot feet to allow free drainage and prevent water logging, particularly during the wetter Irish months.

Cleaning & Care: Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dirt and algae build-up. The reinforced fibreglass concrete surface is robust and low maintenance, requiring no sealing or specialist treatment.

Styling Notes: The large Napoli makes a commanding solo statement — planted with a specimen tree, a cloud-pruned box, or a dramatic Fargesia bamboo, it becomes the anchor of any outdoor space. The small Napoli works beautifully in pairs flanking a doorway or entrance, or grouped in threes at varying heights for a layered, considered planting display. The IronOre finish pairs naturally with the warm tones of the OKI Parasol, Malta base, and MAT Granite Slabs for a cohesive, premium outdoor room.
