Lavender angustifolia Valance Dark Violet

Description

Lavender ‘Valance Dark Violet’ is a very compact form of English Lavender, growing only to about 30cm in height. It is ideal for pots or to be planted as a low border around flower beds or edging paths. Like other Lavenders, it requires full sun and well-draining soil. Small purple flowers are produced throughout the summer months which sit above the highly aromatic grey-green evergreen foliage. The flowers are very attractive to pollinators. Once finished flowering, it should be lightly pruned to remove old flower heads and to shape the foliage.
