Description
This Hong Kong Dogwood is a really special find – a stunning evergreen form of dogwood with showy creamy-white bracts in May which fade to pink as they age into the summer over June and into July. These are followed by showy fruits in the autumn, which are yellow to red in colour and last into the winter months. Its evergreen foliage is glossy and deep green in colour, with the younger foliage having an attractive copper-red hue. It slowly grows to about 6-8m in height in a neat upright and spreading form, and will perform best in a sheltered, sunny site.
