Description
Camellias are evergreen shrubs with glossy, leathery leaves and showy flowers with solitary or clustered flowers early in the year, a great staple to any garden. requires a well drained fertile neutral or acidic soil, being happiest on acid sands with shelter from extreme sun or wind. Camellia is well suited to cool shady woodland planting and they are naturally compact and don’t like pruning.
