Description
Acer ‘Crimson Queen’ is a weeping form of Japanese Maple, with lacy, dissected foliage. Foliage emerges a deep red-purple in the spring, and continues to hold this colour throughout the summer months. In the autumn, the leaf colour changes to a vibrant fiery red that is sure to catch the eye in any garden. It is a compact variety, growing to a height of about 2.5-3m. It will grow best in a sheltered area with dappled shade.
