What is the Bayou Water Feature made from?
The Bayou is manufactured from high-quality coated steel, giving it a durable, smooth and contemporary finish.

Does the Bayou Water Feature include a pump?
Yes, the Bayou is designed as a complete water feature with an integrated pump system to create the gentle bubbling fountain effect.

Does it need to be connected to a water supply?
No. The water recirculates within the feature, so a permanent mains water connection is not required. It will simply need to be topped up occasionally due to evaporation.

Does it require electricity?
Yes. The pump requires an electrical connection.

Where can the Bayou be positioned?
It can be positioned on a patio, within a planted bed, beside a lawn or in a courtyard. For best results, it should be placed on a firm, stable and level base.

Is the Bayou suitable for year-round outdoor use?
Yes, it is designed for outdoor use. During freezing conditions, however, we recommend following the appropriate winter care instructions for the pump and water feature.

Is much maintenance required?
Very little. Keep the water topped up, remove leaves or debris when necessary and periodically check and clean the pump to maintain a consistent water flow.

Can it be incorporated into planting?
Absolutely. The simple bowl shape looks particularly effective surrounded by ornamental grasses, hydrangeas, evergreen structure and soft perennial planting.
