How our Plant Guarantee Works
3 Year Plant Guarantee
Step 1
Take a photo of the plant that hasn’t survived, this helps us to record any problems with plant quality
Step 2
Send the photo, along with a description of the problem and your order number and name to info@caraghnurseries.ie
Step 3
Our plant experts will review the photo to assess the issue and will provide advice or guidance on what steps to take next
Step 4
Once this has been reviewed, one of our plant experts will offer a replacement or alternative where applicable

To keep things fair for everyone, there are a few conditions to be aware of:
We’re unable to offer a replacement or refund where a plant has died due to insufficient watering or horticultural care for example, if it was left out of the ground or in direct sun for an extended period before planting.
We also can’t cover plants that have been affected by airborne pests or diseases contracted from your own garden or a neighbouring property.
Please also note:
– Gift vouchers and delivery charges are non-refundable
– The guarantee excludes bulbs and plants that are naturally short-lived by nature
– All plants covered by the guarantee are clearly labelled with our 3 Year Guarantee icon at the time of purchase
