A little jewel of a plant, Lewisia ‘Mountain Dreams’ brings bright, cheerful colour to the smallest spaces — perfect for pots, gravel gardens, rockeries and the front edge of a sunny border. It forms a neat, low rosette of fleshy evergreen leaves, then sends up clusters of vivid, starry flowers in beautiful shades (often pinks, corals and warm tones) that feel almost too pretty to be real.
It’s ideal when you want high impact without taking up room — and it’s especially happy in containers where you can give it the sharp drainage it loves.
