Description

A striking new addition to the Atlantis Collection — a tall, ovular jar with real presence, hand-made and finished with the aged, weathered character the collection is known for. Wider at the top and tapering elegantly towards the base, the Bongo is a piece of genuine sculpture, its generously sized form broken by horizontal bands of raised ridging around the middle that catch the light and shadow as the day moves across them. Near the top, two circular indentations add a further layer of curiosity and character — details that feel ancient, intentional, and entirely of a piece.

The surface tells the Atlantis story completely: light, weathered clay in pale tones, mottled and stained with the deep grey-black marks of age, as though the jar has lived a life already — carried, stored, sat in the weather of a hundred seasons before it ever reached your garden.
