For that lush, tropical look — especially in shadier corners — tree ferns and palms need steady nourishment as they grow. Vitax Tree Fern & Palm Feed is a concentrated liquid feed developed to mirror how tree ferns feed in nature, where nutrients come from decaying vegetation collecting in the crown.
With a carefully balanced blend of major plant nutrients, plus added magnesium and trace elements, it helps to maximise growth, maintain deep green colour, and support strong, healthy plants. It’s suitable for tree ferns in pots or in the ground, as well as indoor and outdoor palms, and works beautifully for bamboo, grasses and other ferns too.
Tree ferns in particular love consistent moisture — keep the trunk damp with regular watering, and mist the trunk in hot or dry conditions.

How to Use
- Establishment: To encourage rooting, don’t feed during establishment.
- After year one: Apply as a liquid feed to the crown and trunk every 7–10 days during the growing season, mid-spring to mid-summer.
