Stability: The cross base design distributes weight low and evenly, providing excellent resistance to wind loading across a wide footprint. At 140kg, this is one of the most stable freestanding base options available  ideal for open, exposed terraces where lighter bases would be insufficient.

Tile Set: The included tiles fit neatly over the cross arms, creating a flush, seamless surface that eliminates trip hazards and gives the base a polished, integrated appearance.  Clean tiles periodically with a damp cloth or mild detergent to maintain appearance.

No Wheels: Designed to stay put. The fixed, wheelless design provides maximum stability for larger parasols and suits settings where the parasol position remains consistent throughout the season. Due to the considerable weight, we recommend deciding on final placement before fully assembling.

Placement: Position on a firm, level surface  quality patio flags, concrete, or compacted gravel. The cross base footprint requires clear space on all four arms; ensure adequate clearance from furniture legs, planters, and surrounding structures.
