Description
Betula ‘Edinburgh’ is a new form of Birch with a neat, dense upright form. Dark green serrated foliage forms a lush crown in spring and summer, before turning a rusty-yellow in the autumn. Its peeling bark is copper brown in colour when young, but as it matures it becomes white to pinkish in colour. Maximum height is approx 8-10m with a more restricted spread of 4-6m. A stunning tree with interest for every season, and is suitable for gardens of any size.
