Wisteria Yokohama Fuji Arch

Wisteria Yokohama Fuji Violet is a deciduous climber that has short, fat clusters of lilac-purple flowers approximately 15cm long, that are highly fragrant in May-June. Prefers a south or west facing wall or fence in sun or partial shade and moist, but free-draining soil.  Pruning in July/August and again in Jan/Feb improves flowering.

This one is grown to make the very most of those deep lilac -purple flowers as an arch that measures  2.5m tall x 1.5m wide and walking through this arch with these stunning flowers being the centrepiece is just stunning
