Description
Chamaecyparis lawsoniana ‘Imbricata Pendula’ is a broadly upright selection of Lawson cypress with an elegant form.It produces long, whipcord-like foliage that hangs down off of its wide-spreading, loose-form drooping branches, creating a dramatically weeping effect. The shimmery reddish-brown bark flakes of in plate-like chunks as the trunk matures.
It is an unusual but beautiful tree, and we currently have this specimen available at a substantial height of approximately 5 metres tree, and so would create such a magnificent impact right from the start.
