Catalpa biganoides Nana

Description

Catalpa Biganoides Nana is a beautifully shaped round crowned tree that looks neat and contemporary and is slow growing so it doesn’t take much upkeep. It has wonderful heart shaped leaves that are a little later than most to appear but it gives a real punch with its full round shape. It also has a lovely scent in the summer.   I would you to  prune vigorously every few years to encourage the crown.

The Catalpa Biganoides Nana is an ideal tree for a city garden as it is beautifully compact and tolerates most soils as well as pollution well.
