St Patricks Day Opening Times

Its that time of year again, we always use this weekend as a guide for so many things Spring related, when you should start fertilising your plants and trees and as we can see all around us, we have seen the last week or two that Spring is definitely in the air.  Daffodils and other Spring bulbs are out triumphantly and buds and growth is all around us here on the nursery.

This weekend we are open as follows

As well as the time of year that you should start thinking about feeding your trees and plants, its also the time if year when you need to monitor the moisture in your soil, the mixture of dry, sunnier days and drying winds really does make a difference, even when it feels like its been raining all winter.  This next week is going to be when you start thinking about mowing the lawn too, the sound of lawnmowers will be heard across the country.

We are getting towards the end of our Rootballed (and bare-root season ) too so if you want trees and hedging from our fields then do make it snappy, we are experiencing somewhat of a backlog with the weight of orders to be lifted so we will be calling time on it soon,
